 ITS International and , Emirates had signed an agreement for the
application of advanced IT solutions to one of the Mobile
Telecommunication companies owned by Warid Telecom in Bangladesh.
As per the signed agreement, ITS provided its integrated Telecommunication solution TABS, which includes solutions specifically for billing, customer care, call center, e-Business, and ERP. The implemented solutions supports Warid Telecom in providing prompt services in the field of mobile communications on an international level for the mobile phone sector, which is undergoing rapid growth in Bangladesh.
