Google glitch puts engineers in a frantic chase

Google's discussion board had several angry members complaining of a bug that prevented them from viewing their most-recently edited personalized pages, instead older versions were being displayed.

A Google employee in a response through the discussion board confirmed that the problem had Google engineers in a "frantic-chase-down-this-bug mode here at the Googleplex".

Identifying himself only as Google Guide Jaime, he said, they still did not know the cause of the problem, although they suspect that changing a homepage's theme might be causing the problem.
